We provide Images (Room, Cameo’s, Lifestyle and Drone), Video, Floor Plans and EPC’s. All, some, or one depending on the instruction from Knight Frank.
The service and standards we provide run across the whole process. We are all about attention to detail, customer service, a good relationship with both agent and client, and a top quality product delivered to you.
In the summer months particularly, we run more set time slots to enable us to make the most of the days. We have early 9/9:30 and then an afternoon 1/1:30 appointments available. The afternoon appointment is always booked as slightly more flexible due to (and depending on) the nature of the morning job but we will update you with ETA’s.
We have a running ‘returns’ list that we have with us constantly for any return sunny external trips needed and these come at no added cost but do fit in around other jobs depending on geography.
So how can you help get the best from our visit?
If you are in a rush for your images, please do everything possible to take our first available appointment. We love the interaction with you as clients, it is the best part of the job. However, if you are unable to be there on a day that means a quick appointment timescale, please consider allowing us access via either a key collection from the office or some other way to be arranged between us.
Some clients are nervous about allowing access or leaving keys. Understandable. Please be assured that we are fully insured and that we have picked up keys for many properties over the years. We appreciate you are trusting us with your home and we don’t take this lightly.
We LOVE dogs! In fact all animals! And children! Please don’t worry about any of this. We are very happy to work around all situations.
Have a REALLY good tidy. We will always style and move things within the frame to make the shot, including hiding remotes and unplugging wires etc, so the more of this done before, the less time we will be under your feet.
Please don’t spend lot’s of time centring vases etc in the middle of tables. The camera distorts perspective so we will place items where needed.
If you have any old floor plans, they may be helpful.
Any EPC evidence that you can have available before we visit will save a delay in lodging. Insulation evidence, double glazing certificates etc etc.
Our job is to be as discreet as possible and make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for you.
Most clients comment that having one visit to complete the Photos’s, Video, Floor Plan and EPC takes a lot of the stress away. And that is exactly what we aim to provide for you. An amazing process. Not just amazing images :)
